The Account Manager acts as the primary liaison between Smartt AI and assigned clients/brands. This role manages day-to-day communication, coordinates listings and stock, monitors sales performance, and ensures client satisfaction across all marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily communication with assigned clients and partners.
Coordinate product listings, promotions, and stock replenishment with the Data Entry and Fulfillment teams.
Monitor marketplace performance per brand and provide sales reports.
Identify opportunities for growth, implement strategies, and support marketing campaigns.
Escalate operational issues and provide solutions to clients and internal teams.
Maintain the Sales Sheet and SKU Status Sheet for assigned brands.
