The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll support client relationships and campaign execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail environments. You'll work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented communicator eager to grow in the fast-paced marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, retail)
Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Draft briefs, contact reports, timelines, and weekly updates
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and reports
Monitor budgets and coordinate with finance for invoicing
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain proactive client and vendor communication
Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines and regional sensitivities
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in marketing/advertising/branding agencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent English communication; Arabic is a strong plus
Familiarity with UAE retail & consumer trends
Basic knowledge of digital platforms & social media ecosystems
Collaborative mindset with eagerness to grow
