Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Account Executive / Client Servicing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client servicing

within the branding and advertising industry

, with a strong ability to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and oversee the seamless delivery of client projects. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Client Interaction:

Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email, or face-to-face meetings to maintain strong communication and understand their needs.

Client Records:

Maintain accurate records of all existing and potential clients, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

Collaboration:

Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.

Proposals and Negotiations:

Handle proposals, complaints, and negotiations with professionalism and efficiency.

Client Feedback:

Listen to advertising suggestions and wishes of clients and communicate them effectively to the appropriate teams within the agency.

Industry Knowledge:

Learn about clients' industries and business activities to suggest more personalized and effective solutions.

Client Needs:

Remain in close communication with clients to fully comprehend their needs and specifications.

Promotional Events:

Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suits their profiles and goals.

Creative Collaboration:

Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns or other projects according to the standards discussed with clients.

Networking:

Employ networking techniques to attract new clients and expand the agency's client base.

Budget and Deadline Management:

Negotiate budgets and deadlines, and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules.

Administrative Duties:

Undertake administrative work and keep detailed records of client interactions and project progress.

Issue Resolution:

Address issues and delays in projects promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

Campaign Oversight:

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of client campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an industry-related field. At least five years of experience working as an Account Executive or Client Servicing Executive in the branding and advertising industry. Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends. The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process with finesse. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:



Experience working with clients in diverse industries. Knowledge of creative development processes and media planning. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
