Driving Revenue in B2B FinTech.
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for financial and technology solutions within the MENA region. This role is crucial for revenue growth, focusing on identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing B2B deals with institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage prospecting, lead generation (cold calling, outreach), and qualification.
Solution Selling:
Analyze client needs and present the unique value proposition of our FinTech solutions.
Deal Closure:
Conduct product demos, lead
negotiations, and secure final contracts
.
Pipeline & Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records in the
CRM system (SalesForce)
and analyze KPIs/trends to meet annual targets.

Essential Requirements (Obligatory)
B2B Sales Expertise:
Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in the
financial or technology industry
.
FinTech Knowledge:
Strong understanding
of financial markets and trading technologies (FX, CFDs, Crypto, etc.).
Communication & Trust:
Excellent presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to
build rapport and trust
with high-value clients.
Process Proficiency:
Proficiency in CRM tools and established sales methodologies.
Drive & Closing:
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and possessing
strong negotiation and closing skills
