Searidge Technologies, a global leader and preferred partner for Remote Tower and Digital Airport Solutions is currently recruiting for an Account Executive who is ready to work in a fast pace, dynamic environment. It is a high-energy position which requires a winning can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a technology sales environment, representing complex technology solutions to technical and business buyers. We are looking for a senior business professional focused on Enterprise and Program level opportunities with experience in sales captures exceeding $2M. The ideal candidate is experienced in strategic sales, international business development, and emerging technology market development. Reporting to the VP Sales, and working with internal stakeholders, the Account Executive will be expected to develop and meet annual sales objectives. Experience selling direct to enterprise customers, and selling through established Channels, would be an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Establish new business relationships with global prospects in the air traffic control (ATC), Airline and Airport markets
  • Identify and manage new sales opportunities
  • Work with channel partners to promote Searidge products
  • Develop and manage junior sales associates to achieve corporate sales objectives
  • Retain and grow existing accounts by establishing trust-based relationships
  • Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives in order to match their needs to Searidge services
  • Work closely with the Searidge engineering managers to ensure customer expectations are being managed
  • Stay up to date with innovation in the market


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a technology sales environment.
  • Experience with air traffic control, airports and/or airlines would be an asset
  • Proven success in a sales role in a technology environment.
  • Experience working closely with European, Middle East, or Asian markets in a sales capacity is preferred
  • Extensive experience in leading and developing responses to both private and public tenders
  • Extensive experience managing multi-year program-level sales opportunities
  • Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals and delivering solutions
  • Possesses strong relationship-building skills to cultivate and develop customer loyalty
  • Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Possesses excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize work and ability to be flexible and work independently
  • Bachelor\'s degree in applicable fields of studies
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensive
