Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to manage and oversee the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient management of accounts payable and receivable. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern accounting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including cash flow statements, ledgers, and balance sheets. Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-up. Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries in compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and file VAT and GST returns, ensuring adherence to UAE regulatory requirements. Generate and manage invoices, monitor collections, and handle vendor payments. Utilize accounting software such as Tally and Zoho for day-to-day financial management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for strategic decision-making. Assist in audits and maintain comprehensive financial documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners regarding financial matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles. Strong understanding of financial reporting, VAT/GST compliance, and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, and MS Excel. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
