Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the client servicing team by managing day-to-day communication with clients, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and social media campaigns. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates. Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaign assets and reports on schedule. Support the Account Manager in developing proposals, timelines, and client presentations. Prepare and organize client briefs, status reports, and meeting notes. Monitor ongoing campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards. Track performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign performance reports. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative and strategic ideas. Maintain strong relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or digital media. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
