Job Description

We are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, opening doors with key decision-makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast-moving, highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets' client network Manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts Present Shift Markets' full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in both crypto and TradFi markets Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients, maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM Represent Shift Markets at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen relationships and generate leads Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale support Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to position Shift Markets as a trusted partner

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota Established network of contacts in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services (capital markets, FX, brokerages, liquidity providers, etc.) Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and closing complex deals with institutional clients Strong understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto and/or TradFi Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment
