Account Executive
to support our finance department and ensure robust financial management in a dynamic, service-focused environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with UAE accounting standards. Oversee VAT filing and ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations. Maintain up-to-date financial records and generate reports using
Odoo ERP
. Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with management. Monitor company cash flow, track expenses, and ensure timely payment processing. Support audit activities by preparing required documentation for internal and external auditors. Ensure all financial operations align with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of
3 years' experience
in a full-spectrum accounting role, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or service industries.Proficiency in Odoo ERP
is mandatory. In-depth knowledge ofUAE VAT laws
, financial regulations, and compliance procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
