to manage the financial records, transactions, and reporting processes for our company. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial documentation, compliance with local regulations, and timely reporting of financial data to support business operations and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate financial records, including journals, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and reconciliations.
Manage and monitor petty cash, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting.
Process employee payroll, including salary transfers, end-of-service benefits, and related documentation.
Coordinate with banks for transactions, deposits, online payments, and financial documentation.
Assist with VAT filings, audits, and other statutory requirements in compliance with UAE regulations.
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and internal financial controls.
Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, HR) to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the UAE.
Solid understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
