The Account Executive serves as a primary point of contact between the marketing agency and its clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
Manage client expectations and resolve issues, ensuring satisfaction with agency services.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on project progress and new opportunities.
Project Management
:
Coordinate internal teams (design, content, digital, strategy) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and projects.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Track and report on campaign performance.
Ensure all client requests are completed accurately and on time.
Strategic Input
:
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies tailored to clients' goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and create innovative marketing solutions.
Sales and Business Development
:
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services, and fostering new business within existing accounts.
Assist in onboarding new clients and manage the transition from sales to account management.
Track and report on account growth and any changes in client requirements.
Client Reporting and Analysis

Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reports and insights.
Work with data analytics teams to interpret results and suggest optimizations.
Present results to clients in a clear, actionable manner, helping them understand the ROI of marketing efforts.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Experience
:
1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or advertising (preferred in an agency environment).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
