Main Responsibilities
Communication with Clients
Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients via email.
Ensure prompt responses to client inquiries and follow-up on key action items.
Relay Client Requests to Operations Teams
Accurately log and communicate client requests to the operations team using the ticketing system.
Ensure that client requests are tracked and updated in a timely manner, and monitor their resolution progress.
Coordinate with Legal Team on Client Documents
Organize and share documents provided by clients with the legal team for necessary review and action.
Ensure all client-related legal documentation is processed and filed properly.
Liaise Between Finance and Clients
Act as a point of contact between the finance team and clients to address financial inquiries and ensure smooth communication.
Ensure timely and accurate information exchange to support financial processes such as billing or invoicing.
SLA (Service Level Agreement) Management:
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and tickets based on their respective SLAs.
Track the number of tickets handled and ensure tasks meet both time and quality expectations.
Report on SLA performance and work with the team to improve task efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Ideal Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Experience Fresh grad with internships in account management, or a similar role within a media agency or related industry.
Linguistic Skills English - Arabic
Computer Skills Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills: Problem-solving, conflict resolution abilities, detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
Work Arrangements
Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night)
Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 1 AM
Days Off: 2 days per week
Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
Working Arrangement: Rotational shift
Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
