Responsible for top 5 and largest enterprise accounts in my territory, responsibilities include preparation of account plans, marketing strategy and field execution plans; Engaging at strategic level especially with CxO executives at both customers and partners organizations to understand key business drivers, initiatives and challenges; Adopting value selling methodologies when engaging with key stakeholders to identify critical areas of improvements to help achieve desired business outcomes; Managing customers escalations and mobilize all required resources including partners and customers and ensure the resolution of issues on timely manner.
