What You\'ll Do
The Account Director will play a critical role in a 160/90 team working for a major client on their Global Partnerships portfolio. You will be working with an international business operating in multiple markets who has interests across Golf, Formula 1, Cricket and a number of other regionally focussed properties. The Account Director will form part of the PR and Communications function across the client account and work collaboratively within an integrated client team including Creative, Strategy and PR & Comms that spans 160over90\xe2\x80\x99s London and Dubai offices.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
Work collaboratively with the regional UAE head of PR & Comms and London Cricket communications lead on communications programme development with a particular focus on Cricket partnerships
Develop master partnership positioning and narrative with specific variations for consumer-facing campaigns
Collaborate with client\xe2\x80\x99s agency network to provide a seamless and integrated communications strategy that brings all the global Cricket portfolio to life in traditional and digital media
Build and maintain strong relationships and regular dialogue with relevant rights holders, ambassadors and key stakeholders across the clients\xe2\x80\x99 sport partnership portfolio
Working closely with counterparts in the Partnerships and events team, develop integrated activation platforms, content strategies and media amplification plans to leverage available assets strategically whilst delivering a client-focused solution
Ideate and oversee the creation of consumer-facing content including sourcing and management of best-in-class specialist third party suppliers
Take a leading role within on-site comms teams to support media management and amplification at all events where agency staff is needed
Support client\xe2\x80\x99s in-house partnerships and communications teams to develop strategy and plans in key client markets around the world
Develop strategy and sport partnership content to support amplification and engagement across clients owned channels; encompassing client, rights holder and ambassador channels
Build robust evaluation and reporting practices to measure sport partnerships communications performance
You Will Have The Following Strengths
Exceptional understanding of how to build a client relationship and understand their business needs
Proven ability to manage a high volume of client-service deliverables through critical path planning and resource management to maintain high quality output
Record of developing and implementing marketing programs with a cross-functional team
In-depth knowledge and network of sport media and journalists (ideally with a strong understanding of Cricket both locally, sub-continent and globally)
Natural communication skills to inspire and nurture a team whilst maintaining agency culture
Excellent writing skills to draft media materials, toolkits and proposals whilst managing team development of copy writing and plan writing skills
Track record of developing creative ideas and content to deliver against earned and owned channel objectives
Strong understanding of digital landscape with experience in building and executing against social strategy
Organised and detail oriented in a fast-paced, client service environment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills

Strong relevant agency or client-based experience across PR and Communications
Specific experience in amplifying sport partnerships; working closely with rights holders and ambassadors
Knowledge and expertise across a variety of sports preferable and Cricket an advantage
