Job Title: Accounts Assistant - Carpentry Factory
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Accounts & Finance
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounts entries, invoices, and expense records.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, and follow up on payments.
Assist in payroll preparation and staff reimbursements.
Prepare bank reconciliations and support VAT filing.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and support audits.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers regarding invoices and payments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
1-3 years' accounting experience (manufacturing or carpentry industry preferred).
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP) & MS Excel.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
Detail-oriented and organized.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
