Mittal Contracting LLC is urgently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accountant Assistant cum Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support both our accounting and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and data entry.
Preferably know how to use
Tally System.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Maintain financial records and documentation.
Support in preparing monthly reports and reconciliations.
Assist in handling petty cash and bank transactions.
Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with clients and the sales team for order processing.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain client records and update CRM system.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or sales coordination
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software Tally is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
