About Company
Century Hotel, Doha is located in the heart of the city and is a very short walk from the Qatar National Museum, 5 minutes away from Souq Waqif, 15 minutes from the Hamad International Airport and the central business district as well as 10 minutes from Doha’s famous Corniche.s
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Ensures that the employee accommodations are adequate and well-maintained.
- Greet the new comers at the employee accommodation, issue the keys and brief them about the facilities.
- Checks employee accommodation and ensure that all established policies and procedures are all complied with.
- Ensures all employees in the accommodations are duly registered and accountable for items endorsed to them.
- Acts on, routes, sorts and files documents according to established file-keeping system.
- Assists in providing guidance/advises all employee accommodations related concerns.
- Deal with emergencies like fire, accidents or any issue related to safety and security at the employee accommodation.
Skills Required
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
