Responsible for managing staff accommodation facilities in line with UAE labor laws and municipality standards. Ensures safe, clean, and well-maintained housing, supervises accommodation staff, and handles resident welfare and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of staff housing, including room allocation and occupancy records.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor, Civil Defense, and municipality regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Address employee concerns and support a positive living environment.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
Manage budgets, utilities, and accommodation supplies; prepare periodic reports.
Requirements
Experience in UAE staff accommodation or facility management.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and safety regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; relevant diploma/degree preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
