highly dedicated and experienced Accommodation Manager

to join our team.

The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing staff accommodations to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant living environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple housing facilities while maintaining the company's standards and adhering to UAE labor and housing regulations.

Ensure that Accommodation has ample bedding and beds Carry out inspections of room, common areas, dining area to ensure QHSE compliance Monitoring the PPM & breakdown pertaining to MEP / HVAC Monthly performance evaluations of site-based staff. Maintains a high standard of welfare, cleanliness, hygiene, and security Coordinate emergency response activities Inducts all new arrivals to ensure awareness of camp rules and regulations, HSE and available facilities. Maintains complete details of employees staying in the camp and facilitates check in/out of staff according to company procedure Maintain discipline, enforcing accommodation policies/ guidelines Will be managing a team of supervisors, security, and cleaners. Manages Adhoc utilities & maintenance requests which involves liaising with maintenance teams and subcontractors Assigns, schedules, and supervises camp support staff Attends weekly/monthly management meetings to discuss challenges and finds solutions for continued improvement of standards Provide relevant daily, weekly & monthly reports

Requirements :

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE accommodation regulations and health & safety requirements. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and coordinate multiple accommodation sites. Proficiency in MS Office and accommodation management systems. Fluency in English , knowledge of other languages is a plus. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
