Currently, we are currently looking for a passionate and energetic ACC Desk Specialist- Data Analytics to be based in the DGF - Air Freight - Product. In this role, the successful candidate will provide detailed data analysis to the team so that the data can be used to analyse areas with room for improvement. Follow up with the team on the progress of the the data update action plan. Ensure that digital aspect of Airfreight competency centre is updated and aligned with Global KPi’s – Auto rating, auto-costing, MTS, Quote shop
Key Responsibilities:

• Update MTS regularly with the most competitive rates.
• Validate it timely even when no change in rates.
• Analyze accepted/rejected quotes lane wise and share feedback report with ACC stake holders / Pricing specialists
• Rate agreement from carriers to be updated on share drive on timely manner and mail circulated.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly hit ratio reports with key findings/analysis and follow up on the progress
• Assist in data entry in cargowise so that Auto costing and Auto Rating KPI can be met.
• Maintain data quality
• Identify opportunities and Run Promo-campaigns alongwith the time and monitor progress and conclusion.

Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding.
• Excellent PC skills, especially excel.
• Excellent analytical & structuring skills
• Results driven and attention to details
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Graduate
• 2 years and above in systems and data analytics
