EdTech or training institute operations
, handling course planning, trainer coordination, and learner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule batches, classrooms, and trainer allocations for ongoing and upcoming programs.
Coordinate between the
sales, trainers, and operations teams
to ensure a seamless student onboarding and training experience.
Maintain and update the
CRM system
with enrolments, attendance, progress, and completion records.
Support
student communication
regarding batch timings, materials, and assessments.
Prepare
quotations, proposals, and course trackers
in coordination with the sales and admin teams.
Ensure
training quality and operational efficiency
across all running programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (business, education, or related field).
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing course schedules or training operations in an EdTech or professional training setup.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Proficiency in
CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
