We are actively looking for an Academic Support in Dubai

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field; Minimum 2 years of teaching, tutoring, or academic support experience in an international or bilingual school environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues; Native or near-native level of English; Strong organizational skills and ability to track student progress effectively. Staying in Dubai Availability in the mornings/daytime/evenings and on the weekends

Main Responsibilities:

Provide tailored academic support to students in English, Literature, and Mathematics according to their individual learning needs; Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and independent study skills; Guide students to work independently as well as in pairs or small groups, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving; Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting support strategies as needed; Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and progress reports in accordance with school policies; Collaborate with parents, teachers, and coordinators to ensure consistency in learning support and effective communication regarding student progress.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED133.00 per hour
