Ideal candidate for an Educational Sales Advisor position possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment. They are adept at building rapport, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

Appointment Setting: Schedule client visits to our office, ensuring efficient coordination and confirming appointments. Consultation and Closing: Conduct thorough consultations, present our services, and use effective sales techniques to achieve closure. Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction post-visit, and maintain CRM records. Team Collaboration and Development: Work collaboratively with teams, participate in training, and continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience in selling services such as EdTech, Life Insurance, Banking, etc. Male candidates preferred. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Excellence Training Centre success Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Great interpersonal and communication skills

Contract Duration:

5 years, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement

Compensation:

Basic Salary: QR 2,000 Settling Down Allowance: QR 1,000 (for the first 3 months) Commission: 10%, Average Salesperson: QR 5,000 to QR 8,000 per month. Top Salespeople: QR 15,000 to QR 20,000 per month (With Commissions)

Timings & Days:

9 hours a day / 6 days a week

Benefits:

Performance-Based Bonus: Additional monthly bonus between QR 1,000 to QR 3,000 Post-paid Phone Connection: Unlimited calls and SMS Annual Paid Vacation: 21 days
