Forex Club is an education and mentorship company based in Dubai. We focus on making financial markets and Forex trading simple and accessible for beginners. Our mission is to provide structured learning, mentorship, and community support to help aspiring traders build knowledge and confidence.



We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Academic Counselor to guide students toward the right learning path and ensure a positive admission experience.

Responsibilities



Communicate with leads and inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
Counsel students on available courses, training programs, and career paths.
Follow up with interested students and convert them into active enrollments.
Maintain records of student interactions and admissions
Coordinate with the marketing and training teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling / sales / customer service (preferred in the education sector).
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
