This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for tele sales and lead conversion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Use CRM software to manage leads, present training programs, and highlight benefits
Generate 10-15 new contacts daily from incoming inquiries
Follow up regularly via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement
Conduct both virtual and face-to-face consultations with potential students
Aim to convert as many leads as possible into enrollments monthly
Submit daily performance updates and a monthly sales report to management
Support additional administrative and enrollment-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Business, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counselling, telesales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Strong sales mindset with a passion for lead generation and student engagement
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
