Time Training Center, a leading professional training institute in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a motivated and result-oriented
Admission Counsellor
to join our growing sales team.
The selected candidate will manage incoming course enquiries, provide guidance to prospective learners, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure steady lead flow and improved conversion performance.
This role is ideal for professionals experienced in
education sales and student counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective learners over phone calls and other digital channels, understand their training needs, and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to follow up on course enquiries and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and conversions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead tracking, campaign support, ad creative alignment, and performance insights.
Meet monthly admission targets.
Deliver excellent customer experience and uphold institute standards at all touchpoints.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve processes and learner engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in
student admissions, education sales, or training enrolments
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with strong English language proficiency.
Strong go-getter attitude with persistence and drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proven ability to handle objections, close deals effectively, and maintain high conversion rates.
Demonstrated teamwork, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management processes.
Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
