Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students
Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities clearly
Convert inquiries into successful admissions through tele-counseling
Follow up with leads and maintain admission records
Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
Experience in academic counseling, tele-calling, or admissions (preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM
