Looking for AC Technician .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including split, ducted, and centralized units.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure the optimal functioning of AC systems.

Replace or repair defective parts, such as compressors, fans, or electrical components.

Maintain records of repairs and maintenance schedules.

Assist in daily operations and upkeep of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.

Respond to and resolve facility-related issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor the functionality of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Support in supervising third-party vendors or contractors performing maintenance work.

Follow safety protocols while performing maintenance and repairs.

Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and company standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of tools and equipment.

Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules.

Provide input to improve the efficiency and longevity of HVAC systems and other facility-related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC or refrigeration preferred.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air conditioning system installation and maintenance.

Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components.

Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance tasks.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical fitness and ability to work in varying conditions.

Salary - AED2500 to AED3000

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
