Responsibilities:
? Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
? Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in equipment and facilities.
? Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of equipment.
? Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
? Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
? Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
? Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
? Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a General Technician or similar role.
? Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
? Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills.
? Excellent problem-solving abilities.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
? Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
? Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

First established in 2010, Citymax Hotels currently own and operate 6 hotels (1,986 keys) in the UAE at Al Barsha (2 hotels), Bur Dubai, Sharjah, Business Bay and Ras al Khaimah.
