Ac Technician
Job Description
Qualifications:
Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HVAC certification) are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with AC units and related equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Replace faulty components, perform wiring, and ensure proper calibration
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service reports
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Assist in ordering parts and managing inventory for AC equipment
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
Requirements:
Prior experience as an AC Technician, HVAC Technician, or similar role
Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial AC systems preferred
