Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of
AC units, ducts, filters, and condenser coils
.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in
central AC systems
,
ducted/central split systems
, and
villa air conditioning units
.
Conduct
deep cleaning
of indoor and outdoor units to improve cooling efficiency and air quality.
Identify faults and carry out
repairs or replacements
of defective components (compressors, fans, thermostats, etc.).
Maintain and service
HVAC systems
in villas, commercial buildings, and facility-managed properties.
Ensure proper
refrigerant handling
and maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Coordinate with supervisors and facility managers to schedule preventive maintenance and corrective actions.
Adhere to
safety standards
, company policies, and client satisfaction requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma/ITI certification
in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related field.
2-5 years of experience
as an AC Technician in facility management, HVAC maintenance, or villa maintenance.
Strong knowledge of
central AC systems
,
ducted split systems
, and
refrigeration cycles
.
Ability to read and interpret
technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics
.
Familiarity with
HVAC cleaning equipment and tools
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,250.00 per month
