Perform the duties and responsibilities on demand by the supervision of Department in charge to
facilitate the effective quality service to the beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair various types of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
- Detect failures of air-condition system and function set up.
- Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units like Compressor changing, Gas filling etc.
- Routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters etc. periodically.
- Provide technical attention to all Air Condition systems.
- Adhere to follow the protocols on venting of CFCs to atmosphere.
- Monitoring and repairing overhauling of air-condition / refrigeration equipment and
- systems.
- Periodic checking of all refrigeration oil levels.
- Periodically check the performance of air-conditioning systems.
- Maintains all air-conditioning and refrigeration system by completing preventive
- maintenance schedules,
- Accomplish the tasks on priority in stipulated time.
- Support and assist the servicing team when necessary.
- Maintain good relationships with all colleagues.
- Follow and maintain proper coordination and communication with facility team.
- Collect and maintain feedback, and report to the Facility manager/ Coordinator.
- Give report of the deficit materials to the Facility coordinator if necessary
- Efficiently Sort out the complaints on priority
- Obliged to handle emergencies, Heavy workloads by extending the duty hours if necessary.
Submit reports weekly to Coordinator/ Facility Manager on clinical visits and updates of the work assigned.
Qualifications:
College Diploma - Any discipline or related fields.
