We are seeking a skilled and proactive

AC Technician

to join our property management team in Al Taawun, Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have at least

3 years of UAE experience

and strong expertise in servicing and maintaining

split, ducted, and package AC systems

. This role involves both hands-on repair work and coordination with AMC vendors to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to tenant AC complaints and perform minor repairs (filter cleaning, gas refilling, leak checks, electrical troubleshooting). Escalate major repair/replacement cases with detailed reports. Oversee and verify AMC vendor preventive maintenance (PPM) visits and ensure service quality. Take before-and-after photos during vendor servicing and report substandard work or missed visits. Maintain accurate records of AC assets, service logs, and maintenance history using tracking systems. Submit weekly/monthly reports on emergencies, vendor compliance, and recommendations. Maintain inventory of HVAC consumables and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

as an AC Technician. HVAC Technician Certification. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance. Ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical and electrical HVAC issues. Familiar with mobile-based reporting tools and QR scanning. Good communication and reporting skills. Immediate availability preferred.
