Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Senior AC Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. A valid driving license is mandatory, as the role requires travel to different job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of air conditioning systems including split, ducted, package, and VRV/VRF units. Perform regular preventive maintenance checks and services. Ensure systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Provide accurate job assessments and prepare service reports. Lead and mentor junior technicians on the team. Interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Travel to customer locations using company vehicle; maintain clean driving record. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Respond to emergency service calls during or outside working hours when required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum

5+ years of experience

as an AC Technician, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and controls. Valid driving license with a clean driving record. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with service reporting software. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Physically fit and able to work in hot or confined environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in refrigeration handling (e.g., EPA, HVAC Technician Certification). Experience in BMS and smart HVAC systems. Previous work in facility management, construction, or MEP contracting.
