We are looking for a skilled AC Technician & Electrician with expertise in VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning systems, particularly VRF systems, as well as solid electrical skills for both residential and commercial settings.Key Responsibilities: o Installation of AC Systems: Install, inspect, and test VRF systems, including indoor and outdoor units, and ensure proper functionality.o Electrical Work: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of AC units, including wiring, electrical panels, breakers, and control units.o Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot VRF system problems including compressor issues, refrigerant levels, electronic controls, and electrical faults.o Maintenance & Servicing: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of VRF systems and other air conditioning units to ensure optimal operation.o Repair Work: Replace or repair faulty components in HVAC systems such as motors, compressors, electrical parts, sensors, and wiring.o System Testing: Test HVAC systems to confirm efficiency, proper cooling and heating levels, and ensure compliance with safety standards.o Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repair work, including service reports and parts inventory.o Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide solutions, recommendations, and guidance for the operation and maintenance of their systems.o Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations while performing work.o In-depth knowledge of VRF systems installation, operation, and maintenance.o Proficient in reading electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.o Strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, breakers, switches, and control systems.o Familiarity with HVAC tools, diagnostic equipment, and meters.Qualificationso High School Diploma, ITI or equivalent. Vocational training in HVAC or electrical work preferred.o Minimum of 3 years of experience as an AC Technician & Electrician with a focus on VRF systems.o Proven experience managing and coordinating MEP works in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
