Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair HVAC and air conditioning systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Ensure all work meets safety and industry standards
Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and solutions
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Requirements
Proven HVAC background
Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of electrical components, airflow, and refrigerants
EPA Certification (preferred or required)
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
