Install, inspect, and test HVAC and refrigeration systems, including split units, package units, ducted systems, and chillers.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control boards.
Conduct troubleshooting for cooling issues, unusual noises, leaks, and system inefficiencies.
Install and repair ductwork, insulation, and ventilation components.
Ensure proper refrigerant handling in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and material usage logs.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with supervisors, facility teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in AC maintenance and driving roles
Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and shop drawings
Familiarity with Dubai roads and traffic rules
Basic communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
Physically fit and capable of handling equipment and working in outdoor conditions
