Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC equipment
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Ensure work complies with local, state, and federal HVAC codes
Test systems for proper operation and efficiency
Respond to service calls and emergency repairs when required
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate service records
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience as an AC/HVAC Technician
HVAC certification or license (as required by state/local regulations)
Strong knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration, and electrical components
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
EPA Section 608 Certification
Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Knowledge of chillers, VRF systems, or ductwork installation
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts
