Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and repair AC systems (split, window, package, ducted, DX units). Conduct regular preventive maintenance for all HVAC equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and filters. Perform troubleshooting for cooling issues and refrigerant leaks. Ensure proper refrigerant charging following safety and environmental guidelines. Respond to emergency breakdowns and resolve issues promptly. Maintain technical reports, service records, and work logs. Follow safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance activities. Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians for major repairs or installations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field. Minimum
2-4 years
of HVAC/AC maintenance experience (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles. Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals. Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing cooling systems. Basic understanding of BMS systems is a plus. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred). Good communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
