Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related equipment. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window, ducted, VRF/VRV, and central systems). Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Replace or repair faulty components including motors, compressors, filters, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used. Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner. Collaborate with other maintenance staff or contractors when required.
Requirements:

High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC. Proven experience as an AC Technician (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety standards. Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints. Physical stamina and ability to work in hot or confined environments. Good communication and customer service skills.
