The A/C Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for HVAC systems across SOBH Group properties and client-managed facilities. The role ensures that air conditioning and ventilation systems function efficiently, meet comfort standards, and comply with safety and operational policies of SOBH Group.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, and service split units, ducted units, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust and fresh air fans.
Perform routine cleaning of filters, coils, and drain lines.
Troubleshoot and repair issues such as low cooling, gas leakage, compressor and motor faults.
Refill refrigerants and ensure correct pressure and system efficiency.
Respond to service requests and resolve A/C complaints promptly.
Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
Diploma / ITI Certificate in Air Conditioning or HVAC.
2-5 years experience in A/C maintenance
Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and basic electrical work.
