. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and repairing HVAC systems across various properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant comfort.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all air conditioning (AC) units across real estate properties and facilities.
Perform troubleshooting, installation, and repair of a wide range of HVAC equipment, including replacement of parts.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of building and critical infrastructure systems, including:
Main chiller plants
Localized split systems
Sub-distribution systems (FCUs, AHUs, air extract systems)
BMS controls
Water supply systems
Manage and service various HVAC units such as Split Units, Package Units, FAHUs, AHUs, FCUs, and DX Units.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
Handle both reactive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and minimal downtime.
Follow quality, health, and safety procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HVAC maintenance, preferably within the
real estate industry
.
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with various HVAC systems and controls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
