Job Description

Position:

AC Technician

Experience Required:

2-5 years (preferred in HVAC-RAC/CAC systems)

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, ducted, VRF, chiller systems, etc.) Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform diagnostic tests Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks Replace or repair faulty components (compressors, motors, valves, fans, etc.) Ensure system performance meets manufacturer standards Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company quality and safety policies Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to resolve technical issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience with DX Units, VRF/VRV Systems, Ducting, FAHU, AHU, and chillers Familiar with electrical wiring, thermostats, and HVAC controls Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations Physically fit and capable of working in challenging environments

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license (preferred) Must be able to join immediately or within short notice Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work overtime or on-call as needed
