Job Description

The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. This includes diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring optimal system performance in compliance with UAE safety and energy standards.

Key Responsibilities



Installation & Setup

Install split, ducted, VRF, and central AC systems Connect refrigerant lines, drainage systems, and electrical wiring Calibrate thermostats and control units for efficient operation
Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct routine servicing, filter replacement, and coil cleaning Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, motors, fans, and control panels Perform system pressure tests and refrigerant level checks
Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all work adheres to UAE building codes and manufacturer specifications Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and client records Recommend system upgrades and energy-saving solutions
Emergency & Client Support

Respond to urgent breakdowns and service calls Communicate effectively with clients regarding system care and usage Coordinate with procurement and site teams for parts and scheduling

Requirements



2-5 years UAE experience in HVAC installation and servicing Diploma or vocational training in HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical fields Can join immediately
