Job Title: AC Technician

Role Overview:

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems and related equipment. The role ensures that all units operate efficiently, safely, and in line with industry standards, while providing excellent service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and ventilation equipment. Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting on HVAC systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Replace or repair components such as compressors, motors, filters, and electrical parts. Perform system tests to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards. Handle refrigerants properly and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and professional manner. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Provide technical advice and support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical diploma or certification in HVAC/AC Technology. Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls. Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical ability to lift, move, and work in confined spaces. Good communication and customer service skills.
