Job Title: AC Technician
Location: UAE (Must be locally available)

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix AC units, chillers, and ventilation systems.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and refrigerant handling.
• Soft Skills:
• Sincere, responsible, and professional.
• Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure in a hospitality environment.
• Flexibility: Must be available for shift work, weekends, and emergencies.
• Additional (If applying for Front Desk roles):
• Knowledge of Opera PMS (Property Management System) is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC units.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding air conditioning.
• Keep records of maintenance work and report issues to management.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Desk, Engineering) for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations on refrigerant handling.
