MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible to identify/fix/repair all technical problems or assets damaged during the service. Also to install equipment upon client's request. He will actively participate in the Inspections, been responsible for the technical part. The Technical Team Leader will also be in charge of the preparation and loading of the necessary material before departure to the location, the cleaning of the premises at the end of the work and the cleaning and storage of the materiel used upon arrival at the Warehouse. Furthermore, during the whole disinfection/treatment process, the Technician must comply with the safety procedures established by the company. All tasks shall be executed in a good manner and in a responsible way, following the pre-established protocols to ensure the expected results and to maintain the company's high-quality standards.
In general, the Technical Team Leader must keep a constant and fluid communication with the technicians in the team, and the Director of Operations give complete feedback of all activities. He must highlight the difficulties/problems encountered during work and propose pertinent solutions.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be in possession of all necessary information/instructions prior to departure such as worksheet, address and GPS location
To prepare all necessary material before departure and load the vehicle
To ensure that the company standard procedures and rules are respected
To conduct the disinfection/treatment process according to the established protocols for vehicles services To Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment To identifying maintenance risks on equipment
To Provide technical direction with troubleshooting, maintenance, fixing the issues and on-the-job training
To perform technical inspections and parts that are required to complete the job
To clean the premises after Service
A successful Technical Team Leader excels in both technical proficiency and leadership skills, driving their team towards success in a dynamic and ever-evolving technological landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years as an AC technician
Good communication (English)
Reporting skills
Driving license is a plus
