Job Description

The AC Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. They diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform necessary repairs and replacements of components, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities



Install and configure air conditioning systems. Inspect and diagnose AC system problems. Repair or replace faulty components. Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Perform quality checks to ensure proper system functioning. Respond to service calls for troubleshooting and repairs. Provide customers with recommendations and cost estimates for repairs. Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Stay updated on industry advancements and attend relevant training sessions.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent. Certification or diploma in air conditioning or refrigeration. Proven experience as an AC Technician. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components.
