Job Title: Split & Window AC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Split & Window AC Technician

responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial air conditioning units. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of split-type and window-type AC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through timely service and accurate fault diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and repair: 1) Split air conditioning systems (wall-mounted and ductless) 2)Window air conditioning units Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Handle refrigerant charging, leak testing, and thermostat calibration Clean and replace filters, coils, drain lines, and other system components Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and operation manuals Advise clients on proper system usage and energy-saving tips Maintain accurate records of service reports and work completed Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent Minimum 2-4 years of experience in split and window AC maintenance Strong knowledge of AC components, refrigerant handling, and common fault repair Basic understanding of AC electrical circuits and thermostat control systems Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines Good communication and customer handling skills UAE/GCC experience preferred Valid UAE driving license (an advantage)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
