Job Summary:

An experienced HVAC technician for preventive and corrective and preventive maintenance of AC systems for commercial and residential buildings.

Key Job Responsibilities:

. Complete AC fixing / installation / servicing and maintenance, including Duct, FAHU, MAHU, Kitchen exhaust, ecology units, ESP units etc.

Finishing jobs using wood and MDF jobs such as moldings, door trims, outdoor pergolas, etc.,

A great Knowledge of HVAC works

Experience, Knowledge, Skills:

Proven general maintenance skills in mechanical, electrical, and general repairs will be added value.

Ability to see potential problems and work through solutions until resolution is reached, in all areas.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

A team player but also able and happy to work on his own initiative.

Good timekeeper and flexible approach to work.

Good attention to detail.

Ability and willingness to learn new skills and attend relevant training courses as and when required.

Qualifications:

A diploma, certificate, or vocational training in mechanical, electrical or air conditioning will be added value. Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and use of test equipment. UAE Driving License will be an added value

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
